Alloy® Small Group & Team Training for women is our newest personal training program that strives to encourage people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Alloy® Personal Training Solutions was founded in 1992 in Roswell, GA. Alloy® Personal Training Solutions was created around a very simple concept: people that get coaching get better results - period! These modern programs are designed to help each and every member challenge themselves while being safe, extremely empowering, and results oriented. They are simply the most effective programs in the world for helping people look and feel their absolute best.
Alloy knows the formula for producing the best results in the least amount of time. Programs are created and tested in a real facility by a team made up of doctors, physiologists, nutritionists, and behavioral specialists.

Small Group Personal Training (3-4 participants)
In this small group setting you will benefit from in-depth instruction while focusing on your individual needs. Work towards your goals while receiving individualized support from your trainer, and motivation from your group.
Foundations (5-15 participants)
These all-level training sessions will put you through a challenging full-body workout focused on strengthening and conditioning. With a focus on proper movement, each session will help you progress towards your goals at the pace that is right for you.
Afterburn (5-15 participants)
A high intensity combination of weights and cardio creates the ultimate fat loss workout. You will be coached through a variety of challenging exercises with short rest intervals. Not only will you torch calories while you're exercising, but you will continue to burn fat and calories up to 48 hours after your workout is complete.
Industrial Strength (5-15 participants)
Get stronger, slimmer, and more athletic with this workout. Working with heavier loads and fewer reps mean more strength without the bulk. Your coach will help you maintain quality of movement while challenging yourself, so you work towards your goals safely and confidently.
TRIBE Team Training for women is our 2 Day Elite Personal Training Program that strives to encourage people to achieve more than they ever thought possible.
With Tribe no two workouts are ever the same and they are progressive, which means members will start with the basics in week one, continuously learn new exercises until the final two weeks of each session, where no new exercises will be introduced but the challenge of the workouts will be at their peak. Our members have seen drastic changes by participating in this challenge.
TribeFIT™ will make you functionally fit by combining athletic aerobic movements with functional strength exercises that will have you looking and feeling amazingly fit. Inspirational TribeFIT™ Trainers and powerful music will be with you every step of the way coaching and motivating you to new levels of strength and fitness season after season.

Total Body Barre
Classes are limited to 8 participants.
This program is designed to create a uniquely lean, firm, sculpted body by combining the muscle-shaping principles of isometrics, the body-elongating practice of dance conditioning, the science of physical therapy and the intense pace of interval training into a powerful exercise format that quickly and safely reshapes and elongates muscles. Boxing will increase your speed, agility and strength. Prepare to sweat in this bootcamp style interval training boxing class using punching bags, ropes and more. Gloves required.
Kettlebell Strong will use kettlebells to perform explosive full body movements to develop strength, cardiovascular conditioning and muscle tone without bulk. It requires the integration of the core and stabilizing muscles for faster calorie burn and fat loss.
