Small Group Training: 5-10 participants
$20 per session, we run sessions for four consecutive weeks either meeting one, two or three times per week depending on the group.
All sessions must be paid in full upon registration. Classes have between five to ten participants which is a great size for some one on one interaction with the instructor.
These sessions differ from the classes on the Group Exercise Menu because they are progressive. Each class will increase in intensity or focus on something different.
Small group training is treated the same as group personal training.
There must be at least five participants in order for a class to take place. You will be notified if a session is not going to take place and you will be refunded your money.
